Der Meridian — 40mm, lacquered ivory dial.
Die Modelle

Meridian.

The instrument that tells you where you are.

The meridian is the line from which all position is calculated.

It does not move. It does not change with fashion. It is simply correct. Der Meridian is the Furtwängler flagship. It carries the full weight of what this name demands.

Meridian — ivory dial macro.
The Dial

Lacquered ivory. Not cream. Not off-white.

Ivory — with the depth and character that only a multi-coat lacquer process produces. Printed in dark charcoal: hour markers, minute track, and the single line of text. The result is a dial that reads differently under every light condition — warm in candlelight, precise under fluorescents, severe in direct sun. This is not a dial that photographs well. It is a dial that rewards being looked at in person.

The Case

40 mm. A single millimetre larger than the Observator.

Deliberate, not careless. Case material: 316L steel, or white gold (limited allocation). Profile: slightly more architectural than the Observator. The case flanks carry a single chamfer, hand-finished. Thickness: 10.1 mm. Still flat by any meaningful standard.

Meridian — case profile, ivory dial.
The Maker's Hand

Decorated as though it will be examined.
